ROOM ONLY
"Room Only" is a new category recognised by Quality in Tourism, the assessment service provided for Visit England. We have been assessed and have Four Stars and a Silver Award.
The differences between Bed and Breakfast and Room Only are as follows:
We provide a continental breakfast, in form of a tray which is set up the night before in the kitchen, so that guests can help themselves whenever they want. This includes orange juice, tea and coffee, choice of cereals, muesli, etc., white and brown bread, croissants, yogurts, eggs, and fresh fruit salad, if requested.
There are tables and chairs in the rooms, or if it is a nice sunny day breakfast can be eaten in the garden.
Guests have access to their rooms at all times, and are provided with keys and security codes for the main entrance.
The shared kitchen is available at all times for guests who wish to do their own self-catering, ie., drinks, snacks, and light meals. Tea, coffee and fresh milk are available at all times.
Arrival time is very important - whilst we live on site, we cannot guarantee that anyone will be at home to show guests to their accommodation outside the agreed arrival time. |
